Exquisite analysis, So often these “compliments” are accepted without second thought. Behind friendly intent lies a bigger problem of masked racism.
Thank you for the share! Such compliments are indeed part of a bigger racial/prejudice problem. POC and all those that may ever find themselves a minority need to know the difference between a compliment and racism in disguise. I am warmed that you acknowledge the difference!
